W3Schools Tutor is a compiled form of the website that can be browsed without having internet :)

W3Schools Siterip and Compilation contains more than 50 tutors ready made and prudent for Beginners or Novices to gain a conceptual idea about the web and web related programming concepts.

I regret to say that this compilation is not a complete rip :(, but still it will solve the purpose of reader. As this site is huge and contains many unwanted materials like links to other domains, unwanted media and affiliated pages etc. If you want to get more than log on to the online help at http://www.w3schools.com.
